It ain’t easy opening a restaurant, especially as a foreigner in another country. Linus Kim started low and slow with a couple of pop-ups in Seoul. Each one had long lines; each one sold out. He knew he had something special, but he took another year to refine his product. Linus now has his own buzzing brick and mortar where customers come and try his famous BBQ pulled pork sandwich.
